Solid one-piece 1045 steel male-to-male hex standoffs with a 1/2-13 UNC-2A external thread on End A. Select a matching or smaller End B thread and the center hex-body length. Both ends are right hand. The center wrench hex is larger than both threaded ends and all smooth round sections.
Sold in packs of 100 identical pieces. Cart quantity 1 = 100 parts. Bare machined and deburred. Mixed-thread combinations include the approved price premium.
Dimensions in inches: hex across flats 0.6250; End A projection 0.750. Center-body lengths: 0.500, 0.750, 1.000, 1.500, 2.000, 3.000. End B thread and projection: 1/4-20 / 0.375; 5/16-18 / 0.500; 3/8-16 / 0.500; 7/16-14 / 0.625; 1/2-13 / 0.750. Overall length equals center-body length plus both end projections. Center length is the spacing between mounting faces.
End projections include the tip chamfer and shoulder thread relief. Usable full-form thread length is specified in the manufacturing print. Hex tolerance +.000/-.005; center-body and end projection lengths +/- .003. Check mating thread depth so both shoulders can seat.
No fastener strength grade, torque rating or assembly load rating is assigned. Suitability depends on the final application.
