1045 steel flanged bolt spacers with a smooth 1.531-inch through-hole for a nominal 1-1/2-inch bolt. The smaller cylindrical body locates in a mounting hole while the integral flange seats against the mounting surface. Unthreaded, bare machined and deburred.
Sold in packs of 100 identical pieces. Cart quantity 1 = 100 parts. Select body outside diameter and body length below the flange. Flange dimensions are included in the price; there is no flange surcharge.
Dimensions in inches. Body OD / flange OD / flange thickness: 1.750 / 1.995 / 0.250. Body lengths below flange: 0.250, 0.375, 0.500, 0.750, 1.000, 1.500. Overall length equals body length plus flange thickness.
Body OD tolerance +.000/-.002; flange OD +.000/-.005; bore +.005/-.000; body length and flange thickness +/- .003. Recommended mating hole is nominal body OD +.003 to +.005, with an entry chamfer at least .015 x 45 degrees to clear the shoulder root radius. Verify fit for the application.
