1045 steel counterbored weld washers for recessed standard 1-inch socket-head cap screw mounting on fabricated brackets and plates. A flat-bottom cylindrical recess accepts the screw head; the smaller hole provides unthreaded shank clearance. Bare machined and deburred.
Sold in packs of 100 identical parts. Cart quantity 1 = 100 pieces. Select outside diameter and bottom thickness. These washers are unthreaded and accept either coarse- or fine-thread screws of the stated nominal diameter. Screw and mounting hardware are not included.
Dimensions in inches: through-hole 1.031; counterbore diameter 1.531; counterbore depth 1.031. Standard bottom 0.250 gives overall thickness 1.281. Thick bottom 0.375 gives overall thickness 1.406. Overall thickness is counterbore depth plus remaining bottom thickness.
Outside diameters: 1.750, 1.875, 1.995 inches. Outside diameter tolerance +.000/-.005; through-hole and counterbore diameter +.005/-.000; recess depth and bottom thickness +/- .003.
Designed for standard socket-head cap screws; flat-head, button-head and hex-head fit is not specified. Standard and thick describe geometry, not a load rating. Welding and load suitability depend on the final assembly. Remove storage oil before welding.
