6061-T6 aluminum female-to-female threaded standoffs for spacing and fastening panels, guards and brackets. A raised center hex provides wrench access while both smooth round ends have a smaller outside diameter. Bare machined finish, deburred, without coating.
Sold in packs of 100 identical parts. Cart quantity 1 = 100 pieces; quantity 2 = 200 pieces of the selected size. Choose one of four thread sizes and five overall lengths for 20 configurations.
Threads: 1/4-20, 5/16-18, 3/8-16 or 1/2-13 UNC-2B, right hand, at both ends. Overall lengths: 1.000, 1.250, 1.500, 2.000 and 2.500 inches.
Dimensions in inches by thread size: 1/4-20: 0.375 round OD, 0.500 hex across flats, 0.250 hex length, 0.375 minimum thread depth from each end face; 5/16-18: 0.469 round OD, 0.625 hex across flats, 0.312 hex length, 0.500 minimum thread depth from each end face; 3/8-16: 0.562 round OD, 0.750 hex across flats, 0.375 hex length, 0.625 minimum thread depth from each end face; 1/2-13: 0.750 round OD, 1.000 hex across flats, 0.500 hex length, 0.750 minimum thread depth from each end face.
The axial bore passes through. The center may be untapped on longer sizes. When twice the specified minimum thread depth equals or exceeds the overall length, the thread is continuous through. Thread depth is measured to the last full thread from each end face; entry chamfers are excepted and tap runout lies beyond the specified depth.
Tolerances: round OD and overall length +/- .003; hex length +/- .005; hex across flats +.000/-.005. Hex centered on overall length within .005. Maximum surface roughness 125 microinch Ra.
