Pin diameter 0.3750 (+.000/-.002); barrel bore 0.3790 (+.002/-.000); barrel OD 0.750 (+.000/-.005). Select the length of each barrel. All three barrels in each set have the same length. Matching pin grip to groove A = 3B + .100; clearance is distributed between barrels and at the ends during installation.
100 hinge component sets: 300 barrels, 100 pins and 100 C-clips. Mounting plates excluded. Cart quantity 1 = 100 sets, not 100 loose parts. Purchased clips are spring carbon steel with phosphate and oil finish: Rotor Clip SH-37ST PD external retaining ring (C-clip with plier holes).
